The photo project portrays dedicated musicians from 13 countries. FORTHRIGHT – straightforward, bluntly – follows different hip-hop musicians in conflict areas who want to find an explanation and a way against abuses with their music. The common tool to fight oppression and injustice is rap and hip-hop music. All photographs were taken analogously and summarized as a photo book.
