About the PiB Guide

The curated PiB Guide is printed bi-monthly in an edition of currently 5.000 copies, and presents a handpicked selection of interesting photography exhibitions & events in Berlin.

The print guide is available for free in all participating galleries and many photography institutions, (photo-)bookstores & other nice places throughout Berlin. The guide is also sent by mail to selected press representatives & to PiB’s annual subscribers.

Fee

Fee for publication of up to 3 exhibitions/events (by one institution / gallery) in 1 print issue of the PiB Guide: upon request.
Included is a Website & Email-Newsletter Feature for each event, and approx. 70 copies of the PiB Guide for distribution to your visitors!

How to submit

If you’d like to submit your event for publication in the PiB Guide Jan/Feb 2017, please send me a short summary of your exhibition/event/institution as a PDF – or simply a link to your website.

Editorial deadline & required material

The editorial deadline for the PiB Guide Jan/Feb 2017 is Wednesday, December 14th, 2016.

Until then, i would require 1 image in print resolution and the basic data for your event(s), e.g. title, artists, venue, opening date & exhibition period, framework events.
The detailed press releases (en/de) plus additional images for the included Website Feature may also be handed in later / after the print deadline.

Note:
In case your exhibition/event starts before the print deadline, the included Website & Email-Newsletter Feature will of course be published on PiB’s website & in the weekly Email-Newsletter BEFORE the release of the print guide.

Additional note:
As an alternative to publication in the print guide, you can also submit your exhibition/event anytime for “just” a Website & Email-Newsletter Feature on PiB. The fee for this option is 20 € / event.
