Description
Photography works with surfaces. The numerous approaches and methods within photographic imagery seem endless. We move within a labyrinth of images, reflecting ourselves as well as our diverse visions of reality.
The exhibition THE SURFACE LABYRINTH is held by faculty of BTK, University of Applied Sciences and shows various aspects selected from this labyrinth: documentary work by Michael Danner, Michael Grieve, Thomas Keller, Alexander Lembke, Eric Berg, Mechthild Wilhelmi and Todd Weinstein; staged photography by Walter Bergmoser, Andrej Glusgold, Katharina Mayer, Hannes Norberg and Viktoria Sorochinski. Katrin Thomas and Matthias Leupold show moving images: a short film and video works.
