In the solo exhibition STAGES Sabine Schründer (*1973) combines works of the last 12 years. Orientation, identities and the position of the individual in society are prominent aspects of her photographic work. The mostly staged and constructed images approach topics like security, control or isolation and are figuring latent emotional states. They are multi-layered, associative and sometimes disconcerting interpretations of current realities. With a fascination for the intangible Sabine Schründer shows unique visual transformations of inner worlds in the outside.
