A photographic dialogue between Maria Jauregui Ponte and Marc Volk
In August 2020, artist friends Maria Jauregui Ponte and Marc Volk begin a photographic dialogue with images from the depths of their extensive archives. In doing so, they proceed intuitively. The guiding idea is a search for images that immediately touch for different reasons. These finds from the past experience a new context in the exhibition, which opens up spaces for spontaneous associations, contradictory feelings and previously untold stories.
The exhibition is accompanied by a catalog with 40 illustrations and a text by Holger Tegtmeyer.
