This large group exhibition uses photography to show the transformation of life in Ireland and is on display in both the large exhibition hall and the project space of Haus am Kleistpark. Thematically, the project focuses on the first decades of the 21st century marking the centenary of the founding of the Irish state. With 34 contemporary Irish artists, the exhibition presents a broad spectrum and for the first time provides an overview of the current development of photography in Ireland.
An exhibition by the Department of Art, Culture, Museums Tempelhof-Schöneberg in cooperation with the IKS Düsseldorf, the Photo Museum Ireland as part of the Zeitgeist 24 initiative of the Irish Embassy in Germany and the media partner ARTE.
Diese große Gruppenausstellung zeigt mit dem Medium Fotografie den Wandel des irischen Lebens auf und ist zugleich in der Großen Ausstellungshalle und dem Projektraum des Haus am Kleistpark zu sehen. Thematisch konzentriert sich das Projekt auf die ersten Jahrzehnte des 21. Jahrhunderts, in denen sich die Gründung des irischen Staates zum hundertsten Mal jährt. Die Ausstellung präsentiert mit 34 zeitgenössischen irischen Künstler_innen ein weites Spektrum und gibt damit auch erstmals einen Überblick über die aktuelle Entwicklung der Fotografie in Irland.
Eine Ausstellung des Fachbereichs Kunst, Kultur, Museen Tempelhof-Schöneberg in Kooperation mit dem IKS Düsseldorf, dem Photo Museum Ireland im Rahmen der Initiative Zeitgeist 24 der Irischen Botschaft in Deutschland und dem Medienpartner ARTE.

Fête de la Musique
Extended opening hours until 9 pm. In 2024, Tempelhof-Schöneberg will be the partner district of the Berlin Fête de la Musique. The Leo Kestenberg music school will organize the program on the concert stage in the courtyard of the Haus am Kleistpark, among other places. For this occasion, both exhibitions in the Haus am Kleistpark will be open until 9 pm.

2024 ist Tempelhof-Schöneberg Partnerbezirk der Berliner Fête de la Musique. Die Musikschule Leo Kestenberg gestaltet das Programm u.a. auf der Konzertbühne im Hof des Haus am Kleistpark. Aus diesem Anlass sind beide Ausstellungen im Haus am Kleistpark bis 21 Uhr geöffnet.
