Richard Thieler
Richard Thieler (born 1963) is focused to one motif: the cinema. He is interested especially in the front views, so that the architecture of the buildings come to the fore. Galerie Poll shows a selection of about 45 cinemas in Berlin, the newly formed German states and Poland. Big and small, open and closed houses, during the day and the night. Although each photo tells an own story also the options of comparison are a merit of this series of different architecture.
