»Umbruch«

Daniel Sambo-Richter, Iris Band, Jana Franke, Jens Elgner, Rando Geschewski, Wolf Bertram Becker, Peter Klitta, Bernd Kommnick, Harald Gratz

+ works by the three winners of the photography contest:

Ekaterina Sevrouk, Sabrina Radeck, Sophie Seydel

Umbruch shows the works of three young female artists, winners of the photography contest by DKB Stiftung für gesellschaftliches Engagement and the Neue Schule für Fotografie.

The works deal with contemporary social upheavals, showing thoughts on migration movements and climate change. In contrast to the photographic work the exhibition also presents oil paintings from the volume of DKB Kunstförderung from the 1990s, a time of far-reaching change itself.

Jury members:
Barbara Esch Marowski – Leiterin HAUS am KLEISTPARK
Felix Hoffmann – Hauptkurator C/O Berlin
Thomas Jebsen – Vorstand der DKB AG
Ralf Klenk – DKB STIFTUNG
Harald Gratz – Kurator der Ausstellung
