Magazine Release Party
»Magazine Release Party &
Special Pre-Christmas Back Issue Sale«
by Camera Austria International
We are happy to announce Camera Austria International No. 140 with contributions by Estelle Blaschke, Yasmine Eid-Sabbagh, Miki Kratsman, Armin Linke, Shveta Sarda, and Raqs Media Collective. Plus: forum, exhibitions, books.
Since 1980 Camera Austria International magazine has been fostering debate on the role of photography as situated between art and mass medium, between aesthetics and social practice, between discourse and the documentary, politics and imagery. The bilingually published magazine (German/English) continues to occupy a special, internationally respected role in the scope of discourse on photography as a contemporary art practice.
Come along, have a drink with us, meet friends!
Additionally, we invite you to our special Christmas sale with a variety of back issues from recent years, selected issues from the early days, and a variety of newly published artist’s books.
